HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee, subject to availability.
STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for Garbage Collection every day of the week, with exceptions on certain holidays. Enclose the garbage in 13 gallons trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacles (bench) outside the front door. Excess trash bags need to be taken to the compactor's chute located near the clubhouse.
GARAGE: There is no garage parking available. Cars may be parked in the Driveway (3-5 cars depending on size).
Exterior ONLY surveillance devices that capture and record audio + video. NO devices inside the home or in pool / lanai area.
Check in: 4 pm.
Check out: 10 am.
Self check in via electronic keylock / keypad.
Entire house is available for Guest use.

Very clean and family friendly. The home had two refrigerators and two dishwashers. Location was great. Needs a few minor repairs: theater bulb needs replacement, seats didn't recline, a few door handles fell off, and some living room furniture needs repair. Plenty of comfortable eating spaces A few more cooking utensils would be nice. A few more dish towels and hot mits would be great. Daily trash pick up is great. Pool area is great. Do not block the sidewalk when parking. So comfortable and spacious.
