HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee, subject to availability.
STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for Garbage Collection every day of the week, with exceptions on certain holidays. Enclose the garbage in 13 gallons trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacles (bench) outside the front door. Excess trash bags need to be taken to the compactor's chute located near the clubhouse.
GARAGE: There is no garage parking available. Cars may be parked in the Driveway (3-5 cars depending on size).
Exterior ONLY surveillance devices that capture and record audio + video. NO devices inside the home or in pool / lanai area.
Check in: 4 pm.
Check out: 10 am.
Self check in via electronic keylock / keypad.
Entire house is available for Guest use.

Property manager not attentive. Projector in theater room, never fixed, sliding glass doors won't lock, steps in home are dangerous, carpets are filthy. The home is beautifully decorated but not maintained to my expectations. Needs a thorough cleaning. Cobwebs in light fixtures. The home is beautifully laid out so it is a shame.

Unfortunately not the cleanest, definitely suggest exterminating. Light carpets maybe not a good idea, stains were in every room.

The property was perfect for my family of 15. The host, Jose, was very attentive and took care of all issues we had. The house was clean and modern.

The house was very large and accommodated our group of 12. Plenty of space and areas for gathering. There is a large kitchen and the layout is great. THE HOUSE WAS NOT CLEAN! The floors were filthy. You could not walk around barefoot or in socks with out them becoming black. The walls were covered in dirty fingerprints and the carpet is filthy. The neighborhood is very scratchy. No parking and when one of our cars was sticking out of the driveway less than a foot, a tow-truck came and hooked it up and tried to haul it away. Very disappointing to spend 5K for four nights and this be the result!!
