HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee, subject to availability.
STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for Garbage Collection every day of the week, with exceptions on certain holidays. Enclose the garbage in 13 gallons trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacles (bench) outside the front door. Excess trash bags need to be taken to the compactor's chute located near the clubhouse.
GARAGE: There is no garage parking available. Cars may be parked in the Driveway (3-5 cars depending on size).
Exterior ONLY surveillance devices that capture and record audio + video. NO devices inside the home or in pool / lanai area.
Check in: 4 pm.
Check out: 10 am.
Self check in via electronic keylock / keypad.
Entire house is available for Guest use.

As advertisedWe had a great holiday and staying here made it even better. Jose was a great host and responded quickly to all my questions. In the case of this house, the pictures match the experience. I kind of thought it might be too good to be true, but when we got there, it was exactly as the descriptions/pictures show.Amazing place that fit our group of 17 without any issues. I highly recommend this house and wouldn’t be surprised if we end up there again in the future.

It was awesome, great neighborhood and the theater room was a nice addition for entertainment. My only complaint was the over flow parking is too far away which meant someone had to constantly take someone to get their car but otherwise it was great.

It was very nice and the house was beautiful. It was little things that I noticed like the walls had scratches and scuffs marks and we noticed mold in the movie theater room and one of the game chairs was broken with a washer to hold it in place and it was just small trash on the floor when we got there, but overall it’s a nice place.

House was great and accommodating to my family. Everyone enjoyed themselves and my mom’s 80th birthday was a blast. That was the good part!! Now as far as “not so good”- parking was not satisfactory for a home that sleeps over 20 people. The tow truck seemed to be waiting for people to go to sleep and then began towing cars. Also, a mop bucket was provided for cleaning but “no mop” was provided. Lastly but not the least…trash and trash pickup. Our trash was never picked up and if you wanted to dump trash, you had to fight off gangs of raccoons in order to put it in the trash disposal (which we had to load up and dispose of ourselves). The trip was perfect accept for those things. Great atmosphere but be prepared to dump your own garbage and the “tow truck master” will be lurking.
