This elegant apartment is located in an exceptionally quiet area in the 19th district and spans 151 square meters. A parking space is included. The living and dining room offers a beautiful view of Vienna. Grinzing is famous for its Viennese folk songs and wine taverns. Visiting the wine taverns remains a popular pastime for many Viennese.
