Duże przestronne mieszkanie, dla 4 osób jest bardzo dużo miejsca. Mimo, że apartament był w miasteczku pod Wiedniem, to było bardzo dobre połączenie kolejowe (pociągi w równym takcie co 30 minut - bardzo sprawny i komfortowy dojazd do centrum Wiednia). Stacja kolejowa na przeciwko kamienicy. Wygodne łóżka
W kuchni brakowało czajnika na wodę, nie było kostki do zmywarki, z której wydobywał się nieprzyjemny zapach. Wyposażenie kuchni w miarę dobre, lecz nie było żadnej herbaty, kawy (był ekspress na kapsułki, ale bez choćby jednej sztuki dla gości). Apartament znajduje się obok ruchliwej i głośnej ulicy - w ciągu dnia panuje duży hałas.
