Guest Access:
Two-level home with stairs required for access.
ATTENTION: The driveway is very steep. A two wheel drive vehicle can drive up the driveway during most seasons, but may have problems in the event of inclement weather or winter. However, during the wintertime we highly recommend four wheel drive or all wheel drive in case of snow and ice. You do have the option of parking your vehicle at the bottom of the driveway and walking up. No refunds will be given due to the steep driveway.

- We provide a start of amenities for you (Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags). You may need to buy more.

- Per Gatlinburg, TN Fire Code, no fires are allowed on the property.
Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Location and amenities were as described. Fun being right under Ober Gatliburg. Hot tub was nice after hiking! However: 2 of 3 sliders upstairs did not have functioning locks, the upstairs bath sink wobbled, the carpet smelled strongly of dog in the big bedroom, the sofa bed had not been vacuumed in a while, and the tall kitchen chairs were pretty wobbly. Take the note about the driveway and the bears seriously - my old transmission was working real hard, even when we parked a little down the hill! Bears were around most nights as evidenced by muddy prints around the doors and the hole in the hot tub cover (and them eating out of our car when I forgot to lock it one night). That kept things exciting and memorable. The owner was responsive when I contacted him on a couple other matters though. AC and heat worked great and it was convenient if you want to eat or shop in Gatlinburg or get into the mountains and hike.
