Very comfortable space. The place is a block away from I295 and JTB Highways near Mayo Clinic, and Beaches. Short distance to Gas, Publix, Restaurants, Financials, Top Golf, Downtown, and Stadiums. Everything is 25 min or less. Professionals Welcome!
The property is locatedon the fourth floor of the building with 2 king-size Beds. Two Bathrooms with Warm and Cold Water. You can use the full kitchen with all the Supplies needed to cook and dine. The washer and dryer are inside the apartment for your use. You will love the sunset view from the Living Room

The initial check it instruction took a minute to execute but repeated entry was very easy. The complex is gated and feels safe. The pool area is nice, people were friendly. Its not mentioned in the listing but this unit is not in the main building but the one to the left. The pool and other amenities were a short walk. The Host responded quickly to questions through vrbo messages. This unit did not have a Balcony, Deck, Patio, outdoor furniture or Fireplace, as stated in the listing. The Kitchen was a little lacking (1 dish towel), had to re-wash some of the glasses. There are a lot of restaurants and shops in the area, just not across the street. As the picture shows there is just the couch for relaxed sitting, no table to put drink on.

We stayed here for a quick 4 day visit to see our Grandparents, who live in the Jacksonville area.Check in was smooth, the apartment was very nice and there were enoigh amenities for the family
