About this apartment rental
Charming and cozy condo in a family friendly neighborhood located in the heart of Jacksonville, 7min away from St. john’s Town center, Tinsel Town and a number of restaurants . 15 mns away from Jacksonville Beaches, Downtown, and Mayo clinic. 30min to mayport Naval Base.
Great location for a traveling professionals looking for a temporary long term housing.

Parking: Free public parking in parking lot in front of condo. Numbered parking are for residents only. Ok for
guests to use any of the un numbered
spaces.
Pool access- I do not offer the
pool/gym as an amenity due to
changes to HOA rules. Though there is a pool in the community, the new HOA rule requires that resident/host
accompany and stay with guests at all times
when accessing the amenity center, which is obviously not practical.

I was very pleased with our stay. Based on the title of the listing I'd expected something much smaller. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The home was stocked with appliances and dishes. We had everything we needed for our stay. Maria was very nice and accommodating to our needs. We reached out a couple of time and she was very helpful and responsive. If needed I'll definitely try booking with her again. My family was very happy with our stay. The location was also very convenient.

The host was quite responsive, the unit clean and well kept, decently stocked with good towels and linens. A good choice and wonderful location for us as was close to family in the area! Thanks Maria!

Very clean, very convenient to our family. Loved having the rollaway bed as an extra option for sleeping. Plenty of room for four adults and two children.
