Kitchen is equipped, but not fully. Coffee and tea options are provided,as well as hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, dishwasher and dish soap, clothes soap. Early check-in and late check-out come at a cost of 25/hour. The neighborhood is teeming with families. Playgrounds, beach volleyball, and pickleball courts all appeared to be available within walking distance. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby. The listing should say that both bedrooms are ensuite, each with their own bathroom. Bring tissues, as none were provided. Bring extension cords to reach outlets behind the sofa and beds.

The townhome was beautiful and very clean. This was our 2nd time staying there. Restaurants are very close and it’s a variety. Awesome proximity to everything.
