We absolutely loved the house and how spacious it was. We really appreciate the pool and spent much of our day in it. We also loved that there were pool toys and a floaty! It was convenient to have a grill to ensure dinner at the house. One day we visited the beach and were grateful for the beach chairs! Highly recommend this place. I really appreciated the table and chairs outside so I could take some work meetings while our daughter swam!

We booked this property very last minute for spring break and it was the perfect house. One of the nicest lanai areas we have seen in a rental. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy it for the week!

We loved the pool. The pool was big and we had a lot of fun. The house was nice too.
Unfortunately, there are also a few negative things I have to mention. Firstly there is no spa whirpool/hot tub as stated. We found that very disappointing for this price. In addition, the communication with the contact person was very unsatisfactory. Everything was somehow only done by SMS. We reported some issues on the 1st day - as requested. An iron and ironing board were finally brought after 2 days and a socket was repaired. Otherwise nothing was done. But the real kicker was when tropical storm Debbie came and tore off part of the fly screen. We reported it immediately. The answer was just: ‘Thanks’. There should have been more in a situation like this. They should have enquired about the house and guests after the storm. Unfortunately, we heard nothing more from the host.
If those things could be improved, it would be a really nice stay.

We had a wonderful time. This property is everything it claims to be. Everything in the house was brand new. The pool was very nice. The location is perfect close to restaurants and shopping.
