Our property manager will stop by the morning after your arrival for a brief check-in and to answer any questions you may have.
You will have the entire house to yourself and will not need to share any spaces. Check-in is self-service via an access code, which will be sent to you one week before your arrival.
Villa Shore Thing is located close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Walmart and Publix are just 5 minutes down the road by car. So are a bowling alley as well as a movie theater .Multiple restaurants and bars are in close vicinity and a beautiful park where you can rent kayaks or take a 4 mile river hike is just a mile away as well.
One week prior to your arrival, we will provide all the information you need for a smooth check-in. We will also arrange a convenient time for a brief meet-and-greet at the house with our property manager.
Throughout your stay, our property manager will be available by phone or email to assist with any questions or needs.
This luxurious home boasts over 2,500 square feet of living space with an incredible indoor-outdoor living set up. Live your best SW Florida dream and call this gorgeous Villa home during your stay! The pool and jacuzzi are heated year-round for maximum enjoyment. With 2 master suites and 2 additional guest bedrooms there is room for your whole group to be comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and entertain. All bedrooms have smart TVs.
Each master suite is equipped with a king size bed and a full master bathroom with a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a his and her sink.
The guest bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed as well as a twin size bed. The 2 guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
For your convenience there is an additional pool bath off the patio.
And the pool table and the kayaks will make sure you are entertained during the day and in the evenings.
The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present throughout the reservation.
In the winter months, the pool heaters are preset to 86°F for your arrival. You are welcome to adjust the temperature to your liking during your stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, the home was very clean and organized, and the pool was somewhat easy to operate as far as the heating control. It would be nice if there was a pool railing to help you guide down the pool stairs for the senior citizens. This would make entering an exiting the pool much easier for those that need the assistance. Also, some cushions for the chase lounges would be nice as well. Those are just a few suggestions, however, we really enjoyed our stay. The house is very very nice. Thank you.

Shore Thing is a beautiful property! This was our second stay and there were no issues. The property is clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. It provided all the comforts of home. Property management was always available and responded promptly. We hope to stay again in the future.
