About this villa rental
Villa Kaia, located in one of the most picturesque destinations in Mallorca, our villa is the perfect refuge for those seeking a relaxing and peaceful getaway. Enjoy long walks along the beautiful beachfront promenade, just a few minutes from the villa. The villa has three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with comfortable double beds and en-suite bathrooms to provide you with maximum privacy and comfort. The third bedroom offers two single beds, ideal for families or groups of friends. The spacious living-dining room is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploration, and the fully equipped kitchen, along with an additional dining area, offers you the opportunity to prepare your favourite dishes with local products and enjoy them. There is a third bathroom with a shower for shared use and guests. Outside, you will find an oasis of tranquillity with a refreshing pool, an outdoor shower to cool off after a day at the beach, a spacious terrace for sunbathing and relaxing, children can run and play in the garden, which has a large lawn area. The pergola is the ideal place to share an outdoor meal or enjoy a glass of wine while stargazing with family and friends. Additionally, the sun loungers and garden furniture ensure your comfort while relaxing outdoors and enjoying a good book. Just five minutes by car, you will find the charming town of Pollensa, where you can stroll through its picturesque cobblestone streets and discover a wide range of local gastronomy in its cosy restaurants. Also, do not miss the opportunity to visit the famous Formentor beach and the stunning coves with crystal-clear waters and white sand of Cala Sant Vicente, which are a short drive from the villa.

Information to take into account:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.
On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.
The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Beautiful villa in a stunning location, just a short stroll away from the beaches and restaurants. There is very little I can fault with the villa other than I would have appreciated some more basics within the kitchen such as herbs and spices. I don't think it's all that much to ask for beach towels to be provided as standard rather than an additional extra. Overall though I was delighted with the privacy, location and presentation of the villa and would happily stay again. Thanks to Sealand Villas for a wonderful stay.

The villa is very well equipped and in a lovely peaceful spot with lovely views. I let the letting team know about a couple of issues and they responded very quickly. The villa is about 15 minutes walk into town and to the restaurants. I didn’t have any security concerns at all, the rather fluffy dog over the road tried to scare us a couple of times but he looked so cute it didn’t work. He did keep us aware if anyone came nearby though which was handy. Easy to get into the villa and work out how to cook / wash clothes etc. Ok, so the decor could be updated but it’s perfectly fine. Pool was very well maintained and filters come on automatically. If you are walking home in the dark the streets to the villa are not well lit so you must take a flash light / phone light or you’ll end up in a ditch! A wonderful stay with everything you need and more. Recommend.

Fantastic property, lots of space inside and out. Comfortable and well equipped kitchen. We loved the pool area and views of the mountains.
We would have liked the pool to be cleaned during our stay, we requested a net as ours was broken but this was not supplied.
