This modern stylish ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is situated in the quiet residential area of Siller in Puerto Pollensa. All amenities are within walking distance, the main square is 5-10 minutes, the beach 10 minutes and the Eroski supermarket is just 5 minutes.
The apartment has an open plan living/kitchen area with patio doors leading out onto the large terrace. The kitchen is also fully equipped, with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle etc., The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. There is also a additional shower room. There is Air-conditioning throughout the apartment.
Outside there is a large terrace with tables and chairs and also a private garden, with direct access to the swimming pool which is shared between the 6 apartments.
Puerto Pollensa is a fantastic family resort with a long sandy beach with lots of water sports making it ideal for children.

Lovely apartment in a quiet area, apartment was well equipped. Nice garden area with sun loungers. Short walk to the bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

Big and nice modern apartment. However the equipment in the kitchen was old and dirty and not enough for 4 persons. No coffee machine.
The grass of the garden was dry and not cut since a long time.
The swimming pool was smaller than expected.
Nobody received us to give us the keys and explain the basic of the apartment but good indications were given by email.
Quite area, 10min walk to the port and with a big supermarket quite close.
Good location to travel around In the north of Mallorca.
