This villa has been extremely well renovated (2023) and provides the most fabolous, spacious site for a perfect holiday. It is a very comfortable house providing high standard of accommodation.

Surrounding the villa is a big and marvellus patio for “dining al fresco” and a large, mature garden in which there is a terrace overlooking the beautiful the incredible panorama. Inside a beautiful wellness area with Jacuzzi for 5 people, steam bath and sauna. Villa Uberta is situated in the southwest of Le Marche between the Sibillini Mountains National Park and the Adriatic beaches of Porto San Giorgio and Civitanova. Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, the beach of Riviera delle Palme and the shoes outlets of Montegranaro are all within easy reach in about 40 minutes. This property is ideal for two or three families or a small group of friends who want to enjoy each other’s company in perfect privacy with a touch of luxury.
