Welcome to our sound view coastal getaway, Sea-Renity by the Sea! Soak in the sunset on the spacious deck after a day at the beach. Located in Serenity Point, a waterfront community located at the southern end of Topsail Beach with private beach access and community swimming pool. Called "Serenity" due to its unmatched tranquility, the community offers sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, Lea/Hutaf Island, and Topsail Inlet. Sea-Renity is located just 1 minute from the community pool and is pet friendly!
Featuring an open living and dining space, 2 bedrooms PLUS a loft space, and 3 full bathrooms, Sea-Renity is perfect for families or groups! Our newly renovated kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and hosting and features Quartz countertops and new appliances. The living room is equipped with ample seating, a 65" Smart TV, an electric fireplace, and a Queen size pull-out couch. Upstairs, guests can unwind in an airy master suite with adjustable Cal. King bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and Twin bed with another Full size bed in the loft space.
The outdoor space boasts TWO decks, one for the sunsets over the water and back screen in deck for lounging. We provide beach essentials including 2 bicycles, beach chairs, 2 kayaks, and more! There is an enclosed outdoor shower on the ground level and extensive covered parking area. Serenity Point is minutes from dining, shopping, and popular Topsail Beach attractions. Gates for stairs are also available for guests with furry friends or kids. The community pool is open until Columbus Day (weather permitting).
Dog friendly with payment of pet fee. Up to 2 dogs under 65 lbs.
Check in is at 4 PM and Check out is at 10 AM. We do not offer early check ins or late check outs during the high season.

Great proximity to both the beach and inter coastal water. House was perfect for our family of 5 - 3 teenagers. Nice to have access to bikes and kayaks.

The location is fantastic. Easy access to south end of the island, the beach, and the pool. Quiet neighborhood, kid friendly, dog friendly. The condo it self had several issues while we were there. The icemaker was broken, leaking water into the refrigerator, and did not make ice as it should. The dryer was very noisy and screeching. The property manager was able to get a repairman to the condo to address the issues. They fixed the dryer but the refrigerator/freezer needed parts. The property manager did give us several bags of ice. There were several broken banister railings on the front porch and backsteps which were a safety concern for our group. I informed the property manager of this and was told that they would address this immediately upon our departure. Also, we had a lot of rain the last part of our week and the driveway area under the front porch does not drain well at all and to get to our cars from the front steps we had to wade thru water. I realize this is a very low area and rain water is going to collect as it does in many areas on the island, but it would be great to fix this area of the driveway so water drains better. We love the location, love the layout of the condo, love the front porch and the view of the sound and hope to go back to Serenity Point again soon.
