Welcome to Sea Queen, a newly renovated canal-front townhome located in the gated community of Queen’s Grant in Topsail Beach. Offering direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway, convenient beach access, and one of the island’s largest saltwater pools, this home is ideal for guests looking for both adventure and relaxation.
Bring your boat or jet ski—Sea Queen features its own private boat dock right in the backyard and a community boat ramp, making water excursions easy and accessible.

• Linens included (beds are fully prepared upon arrival)
• Pet-friendly: up to 2 dogs allowed ($200 per pet fee); no cats

• Access to a large saltwater community pool
• Outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day in the sand

This condo is gorgeous. Perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet, but maybe because we had no neighbors on either side. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable. We love to cook, and the kitchen could have used a few more cooking utensils and big pots, but we managed to make do.The pool and hot tub were nice after a day at the beach. The walk to the beach was very easy. Even my 89 year old Dad did it.I will be renting this condo again.
