About this house rental
Enjoy being "Seaquestered" in this beautiful home with an island flair, water views, covered decks, and even an elevator. The top floor has a large living/dining area open to a fabulous kitchen fully equipped sure to please the cook. The top level also has a queen bedroom and a shower bath. The first level features a king master suite with a private bath, another queen bedroom, and the fourth bedroom has a pyramid bunk with a trundle bed. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water on the ground level with parking underneath the home. Beach access is located nearby and a kayak launch area at the end of the street.
*OPTIONAL Closet Rental w/$250 Fee incl.: 2 paddle boards w/paddles, 4 life vests, 10 beach chairs, 3 umbrellas, 4 boogie boards, 2 beach cruiser bikes, 1 canopy tent, 1 cooler w/wheels.
4 BR 3 Baths, Occupancy Limit: 10 - 1K, 2Q, 1 Pyramid Bed w/ Twin Trundle (1D, 2T). PETS ALLOWED w/$165 Fee for 1 dog. *Ask about fee for more than 1 dog. Off Season monthly rate: $2400, with $250 utility cap. October 1 - March 31.

Topsail Island: Topsail Island (pronounced “Topsail”) is one of the best-kept secrets among East Coast beaches. Located along North Carolina’s southern outer banks, Topsail Island is a 26 mile long barrier island of spacious sandy beaches and tranquil maritime forests. It’s hard to discover such a place today as friendly and casual, with such pristine sand and surf, water sports, recreation, fine dining and shopping adventures. This is Topsail Island located midway between Wilmington, to the south and Jacksonville, to the north.
The island consists of three towns, North Topsail Beach, Surf City, and Topsail Beach. The two mainland towns of Sneads Ferry and Holly Ridge complete the section known as the Greater Topsail Area. Two bridges allow access to the island, a new high rise bridge on NC Route 50 to Surf City, or by NC Route 210 over another high rise bridge in North Topsail Beach.
Climate: The climate in the area is typically seasonal and generally mild. Summers are warm with lots of bright sunny days that are great for all outdoor activities. Winters are short and mild. Spring averages a temperature in the 60’s with scattered showers ending as quickly as they start. Fall brings cool sea breezes and an average temperature of 65 degrees.

Swimming, sun bathing, surfing, shells and sharks tooth hunting, dolphin watching, golf, deep sea charter fishing, fishing piers, surf fishing, jet skis, parasailing, miniature golf, go carts, water slides, kayaking, scenic boat tours, scuba and snorkeling, sailing and motor boating in the sound, Intracoastal Waterway, or the ocean.
The Topsail Island area is a special place to enjoy a wide range of recreational activities or to just relax and enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, star-filled nights and bountiful native birds and other wildlife in a serene atmosphere. Come for a visit or a lifetime!

Wonderful week spent with our entire family. The house was perfect for everyone to have their own space and the elevator meant our elderly parents could easily take part in all island activities!

Check in was easy . We found some items in the bunkroom that were not cleaned up, the elevator handle was loose but was promptly repaired . The bbq has seen better days and it was left unclean and no propane .

Beautiful well kept beach rental! We are a large family and it fit us perfectly. Master bedroom --- the bed-- we wanted to take home it was so comfortable! The elevator was at the center of the home and went to all 3 floors...which was a huge help with groceries and loading and unloading suitcases! Huge kitchen that was well stocked. Great keurig coffee maker!!! Nice charging docking station for phones/electronics. Furniture was the best we ever had for comfort! Porch furniture was new chairs and rocking chairs, very nice. Grill present but we ended up not using-- but was there. Each bedroom had a sliding door out onto a balcony. Ample room under the home for vechicles and hose to wash off feet and sand. Big outdoor shower. There is a clothing line in the back yard--- could've used one under the house-- I usually bring rope and totally forgot. Nice side street that was a deadend st to the bay. Good for short dog walks--- very minimal traffic there. Corner lot. Other side of house does sit along main road-- very busy. About 5 homes length to walk to the public beach access. Take beach cart with wheels for hike to beach. Showers all updated with new big faucet heads. Location of beach was gorgeous with long easy walk beach out into the water. Most clear OBX water we've ever seen. Week of calm waves and easy in and out of ocean Take sandals for sand when coming on and off walkway from beach-- mid afternoon the news stated sand was 140 degrees. This house was a beautiful home.

First, I will never complain about being at the beach. Topsail is one of our favorite places and we visit yearly. With that being said we did experience a few inconveniences. When we arrived we discovered the beach access was further than what was depicted in the photograph and there was little to no view of the ocean from the decks. 2 bedrooms out of the four didn’t have TVs, one of the TVs in the other bedroom didn’t work at all. They sent a maintenance person out who said there was nothing he could do. Two days later spectrum delivered another router to fix the issue but nobody to set it up and we didn’t feel comfortable changing out someone else’s router. None of the TVs were updated and all of the TVs in the house are older and minimal tv selections. TVs shouldn’t matter too much and normally they wouldn’t but due to the fact we have a preteen and arrived during a tropical storm and we couldn’t leave the house working TVs would have been nice. The second day we found ants all over the kitchen counters. I reported it and the owner sent an exterminator out the next day. After asking if they had permission to enter and us giving the okay. We almost missed the exterminator. He was getting ready to leave without treating the kitchen because we were down at the beach. The bathroom off the kitchen has mold all over the ceiling. We had a great time once the storm passed but the house could definitely use some TLC. We will never stay second row again.
