Inside, you’ll find a comfortable king bedroom with a connected full bath and walk-in shower. The open kitchen and living area are fully equipped and spacious, with a queen sleeper sofa and access to a private balcony overlooking the ocean.

-Community pool is seasonal and opens/closes as weather permits. We do not guarantee the pool to be open during the time of your stay. Pool may open or close due to COVID, weather or construction at any time. There will be no refund or discount if the pool is closed.
-Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.
-NO SMOKING & NO PETS allowed at this property.
-Maximum Occupancy: 4 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
-No clothes washer/dryer in condo. Coin operated laundry facility is down the hall.
-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.
-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.
-No uninvited guests without permission.
*Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee

Nicely updated, very clean condo. Perfect for one person or a couple. It’s on the first floor so the view is limited because of the sand dunes. You can see the waves but not the beach. Not a deal breaker for me. I especially liked the security of gated parking and access to the grounds. I parked in the covered parking area for the entire stay and walked to restaurants and coffee shops. Definitely recommend!

Clean, great view and location. Easy walk to restaurants, etc. Host was quick to respond to concerns. Would definitely stay again but renters should know that there are no drawers for clothes. You must keep in suitcase but it was no real problem for the two of us.

TINY condo. Lack of space to put your clothes/luggage. Property managers used most of the storage space for their own use. Bedroom had no windows and the fan didn’t work. The fan pull was in a drawer. Was told by property manager that fan could not be fixed. Towel holder in bathroom was not affixed to wall bracket. There were numerous threatening posts (texts, emails and in apartment) about fines and eviction if you didn’t follow rules. Couch needs to be retired. We went out and bought lawn chairs so we had something comfortable to sit on. Nice location.
