The house is newer, and laid out well with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beds and furniture were comfortable. They could have used a few more pans for cooking, but they had the basics. It would have been nice if there were tissues and more toilet paper. My only real complaint was the water. The house is fed from a well. The water is extremely hard and had an off smell. It’s probably not dangerous, but it was off putting. They did have a separate filtered tap in the kitchen, but it wasn’t convenient for brushing your teeth or rinsing your mouth in the bathroom. In fact the water faucet in the master bathroom showed signs of staining due to the water. A whole house water softener and filter would make this a first class rental and save the owners repairs to their plumbing and appliances.

The house was clean and spacious. It had all we needed for a couple of nights while visiting family in the area. Overall a great place. The only things that can use a bit of upgrade/update are the towels.
