Josh’s home is incredibly comfortable and feels like home! I’ve enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, watching movies in the living room on the large screen, and doing yoga on the back porch. I liked it so much, I rebooked and stayed longer!

This home truly defines luxury! Spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with top-notch amenities, it exceeded our expectations. The property is in a beautiful, safe community, making it perfect for all ages. We stayed with my sister’s family and our elderly parents (88 & 82), and everyone felt comfortable and at ease. The host was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our stay. I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so outstanding that I had to share. Highly recommend!

We came from AL, KY and TN to FL for my Aunt's funeral. The house was great. We were very grateful to find a large space to accommodate all of us staying at the house. Definitely recommend.

First, the home overall is beautiful and spacious. The location of this home is great, it's on the outskirts of Cape Coral, and it's a quick and easy ride to get to where you are wanting to go.
Now the negative. Whomever does the cleaning service for the property does not do the job that they should. All the linens were dirty. Still on the beds, we had to remove all sheets and blankets and clean them. In the master bedroom, the comforter had a semen spot from the previous tenant along with curly hairs all in the bed. There was dried food left on the kitchen counter and a sopping wet blanket left in the dryer. Additionally, there is not enough wash cloths and towels in the house. We had to go and buy our own hand soaps for the bathrooms and overall the floors were dusty. There are no rugs in front of the showers and bathtubs, which are a slipping hazard for when getting out of the tub and shower
Just to add, I contacted the owner about the linens and he was very responsive and apologetic. He did refund us $50 for our stay, and stated that he will get these issues addressed with his cleaning service. If these issues are fixed, this rental would be a 5 star rating
