Welcome to Compass Rose Canal Retreat; a waterfront escape on Cape Coral's saltwater canal system, designed for groups and families who want space, comfort, and that quintessential Southwest Florida lifestyle.
The home sits on an intersecting canal with west-facing exposure, meaning every evening ends with a genuine Florida sunset over the water. Outside, your private heated pool gets full sun throughout the day which is ideal for soaking up that Florida winter sunshine from morning through sunset. The pool is maintained at 80°F all winter at no extra charge, surrounded by shaded lanai seating, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area built for gathering. Cast a line right from the brand new dock. We've caught mangrove snapper, crevalle jack, red drum, black drum and sheepshead to name a few. Take a trip through the canals in our two new kayaks or new paddleboard. Or, simply pull up a chair and watch the water.
Inside, the open-concept layout connects a fully updated kitchen, multiple dining areas, and a bright living space, all with canal views. Four bedrooms sleep up to 10 comfortably: three king suites and a bunk room with four twin beds, plus a rollaway available. Quality linens and beds throughout, and every room has its own Roku 4K TV.
To help you explore like a local, the home comes stocked with bikes, fishing gear, and beach equipment — just grab and go.
Tarpon Point and Cape Harbour are both five minutes away for waterfront dining and marina browsing. Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are a short drive for world-class shelling and beaches. RSW airport is about 45 minutes out, and Punta Gorda (PGD) is a straightforward alternative if you're flying Allegiant.
