About this house rental
Resort style family friendly home close to ocean (beaches 3-5 miles away!) with salt water pool and large hot jacuzzi. Spacious backyard and patio with gas BBQ for grilling. Open concept living areas, big kitchen with everything you need and spacious bedrooms. All the beach gear you need is provided for your beach days. Central AC and Heat to keep you comfortable no matter the season, board games ready to be played and a fantastic family size couch to watch TV. Desk area for remote working. Your family and friends getaway is ready for you!
Relax and enjoy in this resort style home which features a large hot jacuzzi, salt water pool, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms plus a 3rd full bathroom (with shower) in the garage making it a convenient spot to wash the sand off from your beach days.
The home has a spacious open living room with TV and surround sound (Cable and Streaming Apps), desk for remote work, full-size kitchen with modern appliances that connects to an outdoor patio and spacious landscaped backyard with beautiful pool, large jacuzzi, lounge chairs and gas BBQ is ready for grilling.
Property Sleeps 8 comfortably (6 adults & 2 kids allowed): Bedroom 1- Queen bed (en-suite bathroom), Bedroom 2- King bed (plus pack-n-play), Bedroom 3- King bed and bunk bed. Rooms have closet and storage spaces. There is central AC/Heater plus ceiling fans in every room to keep you comfortable in every season.
Our home is family friendly: includes pack-n-play, bathtub, highchair and child dinnerware. We also provide beach gear for you (towels, chairs, wagon, small cooler, umbrella, boogie boards & sand toys). Washer & Dryer located in garage. The garage is available for parking one car and the driveway can fit 2-3 cars.

There is no fee to heat the Jacuzzi. Free of charge! :) Pool is not a heated pool. It does have a black surface and is more shallow which helps it get warm. It is a salt water pool and jacuzzi. We ask that you shower off all sand & dirt before entering pool and jacuzzi.

Our family came to Oceanside for a family reunion. Events were held down at the beach. This home was a great, comfortable base to return home to everyday. The pool was wonderful and very clean. The backyard very relaxing. Book with confidence!

Entire experience, from booking to departure was highlighted by the interior open design, a clean pool, a well heated jacuzzi and Excellent Communication with the owner(s). We encountered a few instances of a lack of understanding on our part as to how something worked and the Owner(s) responded in short order, clearing up the confusion. My wife was very impressed with all of the kitchen equipment and dish options...everything she could have thought of was available. Well done Owners! We would stay there again without a second thought.

Great location and value. Hot tub warms up fast. The outdoor furniture is excellent. Having access to the washer/dryer is a huge plus. We would love to stay here again! Thank you.

This was an awesome house to stay at! We all had enough breathing room for ourselves and all of our things which made stretching out very nice. The house itself feels very homey and comfortable and the backyard was a very relaxing oasis! We loved cooking steaks on the provided grill and the hot tub was exactly what we needed at the end of the day.
Trevor and Heidi were very nice hosts and responded to my inquires quickly. We would definitely come back, 10/10 recommend!
