Alan was very wonderful to work with if there were any issues. It's close to the Courtney Campbell and it's close to the beaches nicely located for anybody who loves the beach or loves activity quiet neighborhood plenty of room and our dogs loved it! I would recommend this home for anyone traveling into Tampa/Clearwater area!
