Ample parking for 4 cars in driveway. Fenced backyard to keep your dog safe, shady oak trees, washer and dryer, 2 Smart HDTVs with Roku, cable and High Speed WiFi. Simple keyless entry for easy check in and check out.
Gas grill included. Lawn chairs, beach towels, toys and cooler are provided for your beach trip.
Safe quiet neighborhood. Only 13 minutes to Clearwater Beach, easy 20 minute drive to Tampa International Airport, 9 minutes to Clearwater / St. Petersburg Airport. Safety Harbor is just 10 minutes away. Walk to Threshers Baseball Club, walk to restaurants, or enjoy the bike trail just 1 block away.

Very cute little house, had a few appliance issues but Tammy did her best to correct them, we would definitely use this property again
