accommodate up to 2 guests for a self-catering stay, ideal for business
travellers, couples on a romantic retreat or single explorers wanting a
relaxing retreat not too far from the excitement of the City Centre.

This beautiful one-bedroom self-catering apartment provides sensational
views of Table Mountain, the Atlantic Ocean, and Robben Island from the
large glass sliding doors. The apartment features an open plan fully
equipped kitchen with seating for 4, a sitting area and a comfortably
furnished lounge. The bedroom has a queen bed, a ceiling fan and a
large window for plenty of natural light. The bathroom features a
bathtub and shower. Other amenities include free WiFi, a flat-screen TV
with DSTV, and a communal outdoor pool to enjoy in the warmer seasons.

Situated on the MyCiTi bus route, Cape Town’s City Centre is only a
15-minute drive away, allowing for easy travel to explore the beating
heart of the Mother City. For something a little closer to home,
Blouberg boasts many top-quality beachfront restaurants, lively cafes
and family-friendly beachside attractions to engage tourists and
locals, including surfing and kitesurfing.

For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you to meet at the property, which is situated at 3 Fourjays Road Off, Lagoon Gate Drive, Milnerton

The Property Manager will hand the keys to you and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
