will have everything at your fingertips.

The unique design of this 4-bedroom house presents guests with a
spacious entertainment area on the lower level, while the sleeping,
kitchen, dining, and living areas are located upstairs.

The bedrooms boast class and comfort with elegant finishes. The main
and second bedrooms overlook a beautiful patio with a lovely seating
area to enjoy the tranquility of the space and offer stunning en-suite
bathrooms, each featuring a gorgeous shower, bath, toilet, and basin.
The third and fourth bedrooms have access to a shared bathroom that
also offers a stunning full bathroom suite.

Moving from the bedrooms to the main living area, guests will find a
comforting open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area
for all those wonderful meals and memories to be made. An extra feature
of the kitchen is the hidden scullery area, which includes a washing
machine for guests to utilize as they please. Leading out from the
living area is a large partially tiled patio, with the rest fitted with
artificial grass and a lovely seating area.

Let’s not forget about the gorgeous entertainment area and lush garden,
which offers ample space for entertaining both indoors and outdoors.
Outside, you have a very inviting swimming pool to keep you cool on
those beautiful summer days, comfortable outdoor furniture, an outside

For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
