Spacious & very clean. Junior was very helpful.

That there were no wine/champagne glasses.

- The pool was lovely and all air-cons worked

- The parking facility was terrible- almost inaccessible,the other parking facility had poor security - Upon arrival we were sent to the wrong unit which was dirty and unkept. - Finally given the correct unit- there was no WiFi and no towels - Also found a dead cockroach and some other insects in the bathroom, yet we did a late check-in as per request from the owner to accommodate housekeeping which was still busy with the unit. - Called and messaged the owner numerous times to request towels and WiFi password but it seems we were being ignored! - Neighbouring guests were very noisy and rowdy well after 10pm, ignoring premises rules - The jacuzzi was dirty and seemingly had not been in use for a very long time- false advertising by the owner - The quad area where we entered our unit was very muddy dirty and full of natural debris which was not swept
