I love everything about the apartment, My kids and I enjoyed the stay, it's in a very quiet area. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Everything else was perfect, however on arrival the property was not ready and the communication regarding that was unsatisfactory. We waited for an 1hr30min to check in which was not the problem, but communication was.
Again at checkout there was a miss communication regarding checkout time which was really frustrating, and it seemed like the miss communication was amongst the staff.
But overall, the place is great, they just need to work on communication.
Communication.

The location.
They should do some explaining about the hot water shower since sometimes it gets to hot or Cold you'd have to fiddle with it.
They should also provide enough refuse bags, also use a bigger Bin, because the small does no justice as for the rest everything is okay.

Location was a very good location, close to restaurants and stores also close to Gateway Mall where you get a variety of shops.
