We always stay here and it's a good stay. Good location and the rooms are always clean. I like that the showers and kitchens are always well cleaned.

Because we only stayed for 2 nights this time we were not treated as well as we usually are. We weren't given a room with a good view even though they were not fully booked. The bed was extremely bouncy and gave us back pain. We were treated as if we were poor just because our stay was a bit shorter. Other times when we book for more than 2 nights we are treated well and given better rooms.

The location is perfect- very close to Gateway Mall for convenience The place is just perfect, very clean and safe

Huge problem- I was booked at first floor and there was NO HOT WATER the whole weekend! That was a huge no since it’s winter. If this could be attended to urgently! Secondly, we checked in on Friday and left Sunday and there was no housekeeping service. No change of towels, no change of linen…..

In a convenient location. All amenities are available in the apartment and the layout is modern.

The shower drainage is an issue. The smell from the shower was so overpowering that the apartment had to have the sliding door open at all times. This was a safety risk over and above a potential health risk.
