Location is perfect close to everything one needs on a holiday.
Owner needs to consider fumigating, the couch has a lot of stains it would be nice to have it cleaned. Provision of dishwashing liquid would be nice. Maybe add cutlery and crockery. Lastly, get a fitting curtain in the bedroom for privacy. A mirror in the bedroom would be a bonus!
