About this house rental
Very beautiful villa of about 160 m2 on 1000 m2 of land. Magnificent panoramic sea view.
Swimming pool, petanque court, barbecue.
The villa can accommodate 8 people and has 4 bedrooms (3 of which have a beautiful sea view), 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets.
The house is not suitable for small children (not knowing how to swim)
THE ACCOMMODATION:
First floor completely renovated and consists of:
- a very large double living room and dining room opening onto the terrace and panoramic sea view
- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, American fridge) many dishes and accessories open to the living room and overlooking the back garden
- a separate toilet at the entrance
- 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: large master suite, 16 m2, 160 cm bed, has its own bathroom and WC, SEA VIEW
- Bedroom 2: beautiful bedroom 13 m2, bed 160, opening onto terrace, SEA VIEW
- Bedroom 3: small bedroom 8 m2 with pull-out beds
- a bathroom with walk-in shower
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 4, very large, 22 m2 with 2 single beds (possibility of bringing them together to make a very large double bed); SEA VIEW
- a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet
Plenty of storage throughout the house

Air conditioning (Living room, bedrooms 1 and 4).
Access to laundry room, new washing machine
EXTERIOR:
The exterior consists of a large covered terrace FACING SOUTH with outdoor furniture, barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining facing the sea, while being sheltered from the sun.
Come and relax around the beautiful swimming pool which enjoys a magnificent sea view of the bay of Bandol.
Enjoy a game of pétanque...
The house is fully fenced and has a gate.
Possibility to park up to two vehicles on the lot.
The house is located in a quiet residential area of Bandol, ALL CLOSE!!
-The city center, the port and the beaches of Bandol are between 15 and 20 minutes walk
-Local shops (casino, supermarket, pharmacy, 2 bakeries, tobacco and a greengrocer) 5 minutes walk away
Bandol SNCF train station, 10 minutes walk
Tenant Access:
Guest tenants will have access to the entire house and its amenities (grounds, seasonal swimming pool, etc.). The house will be exclusively reserved for travelers during their stay.
Other notes:
Deposit of 1000 euros (check not cashed and returned at the end of the stay after verification of the accommodation).
Pets not allowed.
Parties, parties and other things are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN within the property. Please respect the neighborhood between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Selective sorting bins in the house (to be taken out in the street according to the calendar)
