Floor to ceiling sliding doors at the front and the back of the villa giving onto spacious terraces with views of the valley. Enjoy sunrises from the main front terrace and sunsets from the back terrace, then switch on outdoor lighting to finish off the evening. Modern, light, open plan and spacious interior with an internal mezzanine with views of the valley. Extensive grounds all around the villa. Many picturesque walks available direct from the villa, perfect for ramblers. Permanent pool taking in the beautiful views . 6.5m x 4.5m x 1.2m. 2km to the local village of La Cadiere. Road not easy to access with low lying cars, 4 x 4 cars recommended.Local beaches of Bandol (8km), Sanary (10km) and St.Cyr Les Lecques (10km) are nearby. Located at the end of a road with no neighbours or passing traffic.
