About this house rental
Well equipped for for 10 p, 180 m2, 5 bedrooms including 2 ground floor suites, 3 bedrooms on first floor with garden and pool views. 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom, 4 separate toilets, 1 large living room with fireplace, 1 dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry.
Heating and air conditioning in all rooms.
Large swimming pool 4 x 14 m heated through heat pump from april to october, immersed shutter for safety, surrounded by 75 m2 terrace with garden sofa for 10 and sunbathing.
The groundfloor rooms all open towards an interior garden which ensures the greatest intimacy and opens towards the swimming pool. The 1200 m2 garden surrounds the house on all sides. It has more than 70 Mediterranean species: olive trees, almond trees, fig trees, various citrus, vines, flowers, aromatic plants ...

5 minutes walk from the villa (350m) you will reach the "Englishwoman" beach, then along the coastal path towards Bandol you can reach Capelan beach (10 min), Eden Roc (15 min), Renécros beach (20 min) and finally the port of Bandol and its daily lively market in a total of 25 minutes.
10 minutes from the villa but in the opposite direction you will find the secluded Engraviers beach. From there you can go along the coastal path toward La Madrague, Les Lecques and Saint Cyr.
The closest commercial area (small supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and pizza) is 15 minutes walk from the villa, 3 min with the electrical bike at your disposal.

Fantastic stay for 8-10 people in July. Communication was easy and the hosts are very well organized, fixing minor hiccups as they occurred. House has everything you need and pool is fantastic.
One note is that two of the downstairs bedrooms (the main and largest) adjoin and to exit one you must leave through the other unless you go through the outdoors (which is no big deal)

Villa Rose Leonie is a lovely house and the gardens and pool area are really beautiful
E bikes were a bonus to get to the local shop
The house is extremely well equipped with all that you would need
We really enjoyed our stay with 3 generations of our family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bandol because of great location and wonderful amenities of the house. The pool and garden were both tranquil and lovely spots to hang out in morning and afternoon. The modern kitchen was well equipped and easy to utilize. We had plenty of space for three couples. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are really nice. It was easy to walk to beaches and calanques and into the centreville. The Bandol market day is well attended and offers good food vendors and shopping. We booked our stay not knowing that the petrol strike would impact our car travel, but quickly found that because of the comfort of the house and its proximity to activities, that we had chosen well. We'd stay there again. The owner was highly responsive to our questions.

Maison, piscine et jardin parfaits
Accueil généreux : délicieuses figues et confitures…
Plages pas très loin à pied, centre ville plus loin obligeant à prendre voiture ou les 2 vélos électriques à disposition très efficaces.
Point négatif : terrain de ramassage des ordures, derrière la maison, bruyant surtout les jours de ramassage du verre.
