I had the best time ever celebrating my birthday weekend here. The apartment was super clean and comfy. The host was very accommodating. Theres a cute little restaurant a stones throw away that was my go to breakfast spot!

There for work trip. Quiet place to stay

The good was the location as we were in town for a basketball event at Kentucky Expo and it was very close with easy access to other spots in Louisville. While communicating with the host was easy with quick response, it was frustrating that I had to take a selfie with my picture ID before the the reservation was completed. I was finally provided with Bad news approximately 30 min past the check in time of 3:00. The description of a “spacious home” was in reality a second story unit with parking in the street and entrance in the back up a very steep wooden staircase. The pictures and details on VRBO do not match the reality of the property. The kitchen was updated, however the cookware and utensils were sparse and some dirty requiring us to wash before using them. There is no garbage disposal, the oven light didn’t work, and couldn’t get the dishwasher to start(maybe that’s why some of the dishes were dirty). The couch was broken and stained
