The large kitchen is a chef's dream, stocked with a stainless fridge and gas stove, making it perfect for preparing delicious meals. The brand new bathroom is sparkling clean and provides a luxurious feel.
The two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and decorative fireplaces, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. You'll also enjoy a view of Louisville from the large windows in each bedroom. Since we live in Louisville, we are minutes away if you run into any issues.
This is an up-and-coming area. Much of the neighborhood is college based. Easy access to concerts at the UofL football stadium, sports, eating, groceries, and most importantly, the historic Churchill Downs is about a 5-minute walk!
There is one space in the back of the home. There is additional parking near the home. This parking is impacted by the Kentucky Derby, so you are guaranteed one space.
We want to make sure guests understand this home is right near the UofL baseball stadium. It's basically in the back yard. This means on game nights, it will be a bit noisier and foul balls head towards the cars in the lot.
You will have shared access to the backyard and fire pit. Use of the deck is not part of this unit, it unit A only.
Please no confetti in the home. We have experienced cleaning this up and it's not fun. If you move the furniture, please move it back when you leave. Be courteous of your neighbors.
