Beautiful 3 bedroom home located minutes from Wrightsville Beach, Mayfaire, College Rd, Downtown Wilmington, ILM and the Riverwalk. This home is in a quiet neighborhood only a few minutes drive to I40 and MLK Parkway allowing quick access to much of what Wilmington has to offer. Private yard borders Smith Creek woodlands and the neighborhood entrance has a spot to launch kayaks. The yard boasts 2 levels with plenty of space for games, bird watching and lots of hardwood trees. Enjoy relaxing on the deck and grilling on the upper level or roasting s'mores at the fire pit on the lower level.

My parents, wife and I were in town for a wedding and stayed at this house which suited our needs perfectly. The house had 3 bedrooms and there would have been plenty of room for another couple. The location is a great centralized spot, accessible to the downtown/riverfront area and Wrightsville beach. Very clean, cozy, modern home, and the little backyard was great. The deck is older, but still a great spot with a table, chairs, views and sounds of nature, and a nice relaxing space. Everything was great with the rental!

We unfortunately were vacationing during TS Debby, however, the house was in a great spot for going to downtown or the beach. It’s a reasonable distance trip to the Zoo in Raleigh and the aquarium. Will be staying again in not hurricane season!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, clean, and charming home. The decor was lovely, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The house was spotless, which made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. The amenities provided were more than sufficient, and everything was well-maintained. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
