My family stayed here for a short summer beach trip. Jonathan was very helpful. The house is clean and well-stocked. Great back yard. We had fun!

This house was conveniently located to downtown Wilmington and the beaches but not right in the middle of the busyness.
The house was clean, well stocked and had a wonderful back yard setting with a table, grill and outdoor fan. The fan was greatly appreciated as the weather was quite hot.
One suggestion I would make would be to have a better lock on the back door that goes into the laundry room. Maybe a dead bolt like all the other doors.

The kitchen was really lacking. Only one wine glass and very few mugs. Definitely bring your own! Also, a few of the spoons were damaged and one actually ended up hurting my toddler’s mouth. We had to buy a pan to cook in because the ones provided were scratched and old. We left it there for future guests. Also, when we arrived, there was a load of towels still in the washer. The outdoor area was lovely but the furniture was moldy and damaged and the hammock was missing. Otherwise, it was a great stay! The house was in a great location except for the heavy traffic on the main road. 15 min from the beach and 10 min to downtown. Lots of shopping nearby. Quiet neighborhood, very safe feeling.
