This quiet neighborhood home is just 10 minutes from historic downtown, Wilmington and beautiful Wrightsville beach with easy access just miles from I-40, with great local shopping and restaurants. The house is completely renovated and extremely clean, with new floors and paint . Three spacious bedrooms with new beds, Roku tvs, ceiling fans and ample closet space in each. Hallway washer and dryer. New kitchen cabinets, countertops, sink with garbage disposal, and dishwasher as well as a stovetop with oven, microwave , toaster, keurig coffee maker and fully functioning refrigerator with freezer. Dedicated workspace for computer with wireless Wi-Fi. Fenced in backyard with canopy covered patio, with seating and cornhole. Private driveway with well lit walkway to the enclosed, wraparound, covered front porch with swing.

Thank you so much for the hospitality! We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to others. The home was nicely decorated, bed were comfortable, internet and Directv was great, quick check in and such a quiet neighborhood!! If we come back to Wilmington for a tournament we will definitely be looking to stay again!

Great location, close to UNCW and son’s apartment. Easy access to get in. House is super cute! Beds were comfy. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it appeared to be fully stocked. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful weekend in Wilmington! The house was spotless, stocked and ready for us when we arrived. Our host was one of the best I have ever seen. Her communication was next level. She made us aware of events going on over our weekend there as well as pointed out some spots to see. We were looking at re-booking before we even left!
