Nice home, very remote, near the end of a dead end, curvy road. Initial thoughts was it was what we expected. We were greeted by a snake on the front steps, which was not a surprise to us being in a remote area, but could be to some. Inside was clean and appeared as pictured in listing. We arrived on a friday, for a wedding on Saturday. It was a very hot weekend there, and the ac worked very well, till it didnt. Saturday midmorning, my teen daughter was alerted to a man walking around the backside of the house. I went out to see why he was there, and he said he was the owners handyman and that the owner had recieved an alert on his phone that the ac quit working. I went in to check and it infact was not working. I never recieved any notification that there was going to someone around the house. I messaged the owner and let him know. We left late morning, owner said he was going to have someone else there later to try to fix in. Temperatures were near 100 that day, ac was not working when we arrived back there that night. No ceiling fans, only some windows had screens, and a couple of the screens had holes so we couldnt open many windows. It was very warm, part of our family left early morning because it was so uncomfortable. As we got back to house late Saturday night, we were still sleeping at 730 am Sunday when someone did arrive to work on ac. Again, my teenage daughter was up and outside at our car, when a white van pulls in the driveway making her nervous

If you want absolutely spectacular, this may not be the place for you but we enjoyed our stay & this house had everything we needed. Hosts were very accommodating & our stay was wonderful.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. The inside is beautiful, clean, and modern. Plenty of space to accommodate multiple boats. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the weekend fishing a tournament on raystown.

We loved that this home was so close to the Seven Points Marina where we were renting a pontoon boat for a couple of days. It was the perfect place to relax after long days of boating on Raystown Lake, cook dinner on the outdoor grill, gather around the nice size dining room table, etc. We'll definitely stay here again.

We stayed here while fishing Raystown Lake. The house was clean and very up to date. We had no problems backing our 21' boat into the driveway and the proximity to Seven Points boat launch makes this an idea location for anyone thinking of fishing this lake. The host responded very quickly to the few questions we had during our stay.
