Our oldest daughter got married over the weekend, so we needed a big and affordable place for our large family. They allowed for early check-in which was awesome! The code entry for both doors would not work upon arrival. Although, the rental facility was quick to respond, it was quite inconvenient for us to have to obtain keys from the lock boxes during our stay. The codes for the doors never did work. Ideally, the lock boxes would work as to facilitate quick entry and exit for all guests. The coffee cups were for tiny people, but we managed fine. More trash bags would be helpful as we have a party of 10 and went thru them pretty quick. The couch was worn with stains, so I think it may be a good time for a cleaning and refreshing of the pillows. The remote for the master tv was missing buttons so that made it a little tricky to use, but we managed just fine. The roof top lounge area was a great opportunity to see the water and other colorful homes nearby. The air conditioning seemed to be stuck on 70 which is nice when you are coming in from the heat, but we were super cold at times and it would be nice to adjust. The fishing was wonderful! We all enjoyed the pool area and the food truck. The on-site laundry made it nice to do a few loads of clothes while we were there. Overall, the home was truly a special place and plenty of space for sleeping and bathrooms which made our stay much calmer with so many people. We made some pretty special memories. Thank you!

Stay was good. Had initial door code and entry issues but it got resolved fairly quicked. Shower pressure and shower heads needs work.

As a frequent VRBO renter, I found this property a little rundown and dirty compared to others I've stayed at in Florida. The resort is great and we had a wonderful time but I would suggest the owners invest a little more into the property.
