I rented this place at the last minute. I had to remain in London for an extra week because my husband died suddenly of a heart attack so I rented for a week. First my sister in law and then sister stayed there.
The flat is cute and includes lots of amenities including a kitchen with large fridge, a microwave and even an electric kettle.
We had a little trouble unlocking but the neighbor was very helpful and demonstrated the effective opening technique so we didn’t have to bother our host.
The flat is equidistant from both Seven Sisters (Victoria line) and Manor House (Piccadilly). There’s also a nifty overground station, Stamford Hill. Of the 2 tube stations, I recommend Manor House because it’s close to two lovely parks (Finsbury and Woodberry Down Wetlands) and a few more dining/cafe options.
FYI for people who don’t live in large cities, there is a bit of urban grit — shuttered shops, graffiti and litter. But we never felt unsafe at all.

The stay was pleasant and we enjoyed the apartment. However, the shower didn´t work and after we had returned home we were charged with 210€ (deducted from our credit card without permission) for supposedly having broken a shelf on the wall which we didn't. It took some emails with the vrbo/fewo-direkt customer services to get it back.
