Big apartment, great for four people, even though we were 5. It has everything you need-good kitchen, kitchen utensils, two bedrooms, one of which is foldable and can be used as an office. The second bedroom is really big, it can fit family with a small child. Living room is great - spacious and cozy. You can even play board games or read an interesting book, the owner took care of this! Thanks! The building is located in the backyard and it’s not on the main street which is good if you’re looking for peace and quiet. There is a stop of the overground line 5 minutes away. From there for 30-40 minutes you can reach the central part of London. Windows were solid and had really good blackout curtains. Moreover there is good variety of restaurants in the neighbourhood, so you can different cuisines.

One of the things that I overlooked is that cut in the wall between the living room and one of the bedrooms. This harmed the privacy of the people in this room. My mistake was that I didn’t take it into account. Secondly, the dining table was a bit worn out, I think it can be changed or repaired, if possible. Next things was that, soaps and shampoos were not enough, we were 5 people and there was only soap and shampoo for one person. We had to buy from the supermarket. The last thing that was annoying-there was a constant noise from somewhere around the bedroom/office and if something like this irritates you, take it into account. The other bedroom, however, was quiet. Also it is inevitable to make it dark, if there is light in the living room.

Size and quality, perfect location, calm and safe

Finding the key was challenging, especially in the dark evening. The first night was very cold because the heating hadn’t been turned on before our arrival. Communication was only possible through an AI system, which didn’t understand or resolve our issues (for example, the hairdryer didn’t work and there was no bed prepared for the fifth person). There is also no luggage storage near the property, even though the map suggests otherwise (likely a Google Maps issue, but still important to know in advance). Overall, it would have been much better to have a real person available to speak with.

We liked literally everything - and appreciated the truth in advertising. Location and facilities were terrific.

Lockbox combo was correct but a little unclear which of the 4 lockboxes the keys were in - we figured it out but it was dark so it took a little while. Relatively minor inconvenience in the scheme of things :) Only other recommendation might be to consider just providing a few written instructions about appliances, like how to use the coffeemaker; we couldn't figure that out so ended up going to buy 3 cups of coffee ecah morning at Pret.
