El personal, llegamos a la 1am y entramos a la 5am. Creo que no estaban pendientes del cliente y lamentablemente nos afectaron mucho a pesar de haber coordinado y pagado todo con mucha antelación y solicitando que estuvieran pendientes por nuestra hora de llegada y la verdad pasamos un rato muy desagradable.

The location of the home was excellent. We really enjoyed the quiet residential neighborhood while still having easy access to buses and the Overground. The house itself was very spacious, which was perfect for our family of five adults. All of the bedrooms were doubles with plenty of space and large beds, and the two downstairs rooms in particular had very comfortable mattresses. The Wi-Fi worked great, the water pressure and hot water were reliable, and communication with the hosts was smooth and responsive throughout our stay.

The two upstairs bedrooms weren’t the most comfortable, as the beds were quite springy. The upstairs bathroom also had some issues with broken tiles, and the showerhead came off when touched (though the hosts came right away to fix it, which we really appreciated). Overall, the house felt like it hadn’t been fully finished, furniture in the living areas was a bit unstable, the three-seater couch was missing a leg, and the dining table and bedroom dressers were quite wobbly. The banister near the lower bathroom also didn’t feel very secure. The floors were very creaky (not necessarily a bad thing, just something to note), but the bigger challenge was air circulation. It would have been great to have fans or A/C. For a 10-night stay, only two towels per person wasn’t enough. There was a washer, which helped, but we had to buy our own detergent. No hand towels were provided, the bath towels were on the small side, and there weren’t extra sheets or enough toilet paper. A few more basic supplies would have gone a long way, especially for a longer stay. Check-out was at 10 a.m., which felt quite early. When we asked about the possibility of a late check-out, we were told we could only get an answer if we requested it the day before, which made it difficult to plan ahead. We were also only provided with one set of keys, and when we asked for a second set, we were told only one was available. Lastly, the dishes and cutlery weren’t very clean when we arrived, so we ended up rewashing everything before using them.
