Convenient location, with public transport, shops, cafés and many interesting places to explore nearby. The check-in process was well organised, and all instructions were clear and provided in a timely manner.
We would especially like to thank Mariah for her help throughout our stay. She was always quick to respond to messages, friendly, attentive, and genuinely willing to help whenever needed. We were particularly grateful for her assistance with our luggage on the day of check-out. Being able to leave our suitcases after check-out allowed us to enjoy our final day in London without any hassle and make the most of our time in the city. This kind of genuine care and hospitality truly makes a difference and is something we will remember.
We would also like to mention that the deposit process was handled smoothly and efficiently, without any reminders or follow-up from our side. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would happily recommend this property to other travellers.
It would be even more convenient if rooms with a private bathroom had a hairdryer available in the room.

The property is very close to Brick Lane, pubs, restaurants and shops. It is also very close to tube stations which was perfect for me.
We were on the third floor (which was nice) but there is no elevator.

The location
It wasn’t very clean, there was a smell of sewage rising up and the sofa wasn’t at all designed to be used as an extra bed; it wasn’t comfortable at all, with iron bars inside, so it was impossible to get a good night’s sleep…

"It was very clean and homely. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet even though it is so close to Brick Lane, my perfect location. It was very reasonably priced too.
