First and foremost its location and that it had 3 bedrooms.
As soon as you walked into the property it had a warm comfortable feel to it.

The location and private parking were good.
The house description incorrectly stated 2 bathrooms, but there was only one plus an additional toilet. As 5 ladies on a weekend away, I wouldn't have booked if it was only one bathroom. The house furniture was very dated and rugs dirty. The kitchen facilities were inadequate for a 5-person rental. Only one saucepan and limited cutlery. No tea towels or kitchen towel roll. No egg cups. Many cupboards had opened grocery items left behind. 2 low bench seats instead of chairs. Toilet surround cabinet broken. No hand towel in toilet. Outside table and chairs very dirty and unwashed. No, we wouldn't stay again and considered the house rental price at £530 for 2 nights very excessive.
