Other than needing some more glasses it was well equipped.

The check in process was horrendous, unfortunately didn’t receive notification where I was to pick the key up. This left me and my family including a young baby lingering about the reception area until we finally managed to get in touch with someone via the Vista stays website.

Perfect location for us visiting New Century for an event. Walking distance for most things and plenty of parking nearby.

Took a little while to work out the hot water. Could have done with a booklet with instructions.

Spacious, quiet inside, clean, great facilities (kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, toaster. Also washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms and tub) and loved the park outside our window, in a city that was amazing! Such a good view. Safe area and only 10 minutes walk from the shops. Large closets (feedback would be add drawers, more hangers and full length mirror). Bathrooms were great and good quality, relatively new facilities.

The sofa is horribly uncomfortable, especially for 2 weeks, good thing we were out and about. The location wasn’t quite where it was showing on the map, it was more north by a bit. It wasn’t the end of the world just meant more walking to meetings every day. We were supposed to get the check info 2 hours before, but we got them right at 4pm after we asked for them early in the day, so we weren’t at all sure were to go for a long time. It just wasn’t very convenient with luggage, especially after being told we could potentially do an early check in (for a fee). Mattresses were spring and move a lot.

Contacted host several times leading up to our stay about the ‘free parking’ stated under facilities. Told we could book the parking and the stay is free. However, you have to pay for the parking and then wait to be reimbursed, misleading as is not stated in the description. We then paid for the parking to then get to the car park and there be no spaces left. After being told that there is always a space free for this property. Host did then provide alternative options but these were £25 more than the original. Upon arrival we were given information on where to pick up the keys from & a key code. When we got to the location the key code was incorrect, unable to get in contact with host for 20 minutes. Correct key code given so went to apartment. We then found out we had also been given the wrong flat number and flat block so were trying to get into an occupied flat. Host then sent us to the correct property but this took too long and could’ve all been avoided. Once we got into the apartment looked clean, however toilet seat in en-suite was broken.
