Beautiful and immaculate home - The layout is open enough to not feel separated if I'm in the kitchen cooking while guests are relaxing in the formal living room. Also liked the cozy area for games that is just off the dining room. It was kind of isolated, but not... so that there can be game playing at end of the house and quiet conversation on the other. The Sonos wireless sound throughout the house was very nice as well.
The water pressure was a bit weak, but I suspect that this may due to the fact that the water source could be from a well on the property that uses a pump and pressurized tank...Don't know that that's the case, but maybe.
