LATE CHECK OUT
*Sorry but we don't allow late checkouts.
*If you exceed, you will be charged $30 for the first 30 minutes, and an additional hour will cost you $50.
PARTIES NOT ALLOWED
*Please keep noise low in the quiet hours of 9pm to 9am.
*Strictly no drugs allowed.
*No smoking inside the home. If our cleaners catch the odor inside, you will be penalized. (You may smoke outside.)
ADDITIONAL INFO:
- Kindly turn off AC or heater before leaving our home.
- We have motion detector cameras outside for security reasons. There will be no cameras inside to protect your privacy.
- Cable TV is not available.
- You have to login to your own Netflix, Disney, Spotify, HBO, etc.
- $200 will be fined if we find out that you have violated ANY and EACH of our House Rules

Over-all the house met our needs. It was clean, had adequate number of bedrooms, bathrooms and living space. There were a few issues that were brought to the hosts attention, such as: Needs a broom & dust pan, needs additional towels and washcloths, needs kitchen towels and dish cloths, oven mitts, additional coat hangers, edges on carpet in hallway were curled up and posed a trip hazard and that the deck could use a table and additional comfortable chairs.

Home was purchased in January 2024. It was flipped. Host says all new beds. Seemed that way. Different types, though. Covered porch was nice but chairs out there were uncomfortable. Not many kitchen amenities. But the house is up for sale. Nice home for more people. It was only two of us and we really didn’t use the home much. We only slept there. Was a nice price for the area. Close to downtown Annapolis and our friends who live close by.
