Brilliant apartment. Home from home, clean, warm, well stocked with appliances. Comfy bed, sofa bed was also lovely and comfy! Nothing was too much hassle. Would definitely stay here again, plenty to do around the marina and in Portishead on foot. Thank you for a lovely stay!

A fantastic stay in a beautiful location with excellent hosts. A perfect place to stay for work!

The location is fantastic as always, only 10 minutes from the office but it lets me completely switch off and enjoy my mornings/evenings. The interior is modern and up to date, and the flat has all the amenities I could need for a weeks stay.

Not the hosts fault, but the bin store on site had not been cleared in a few weeks by my reckoning, and having to go in there to empty the bins was an unpleasant surprise at the end of an otherwise excellent stay. Again, not the fault of the hosts in any way, but it would have been nice to get a warning in advance if they were aware of it.

Property was tidy, clean and beautifully designed, with free allocated parking space on the side, easy and straightforward check in and check out

I was mislead by a false advertising of this property saying “Pets are allowed. No extra costs.” The property had no refund policy after paying for it. As soon as I paid the money I received a greeting message from the owner saying that “they allow small dogs £30 per dog per night and I had to inform them about bringing a dog”. Which completely contradicts to terms they sold me this rent on. I was traveling with a cat so disregarded it as it didn’t say anything about this type of animals. After staying there for agreed period. I checked out and owner contacted me a few hours later furiously telling me about finding a dog fur on bed and that i had to seek her permission to bring a dog and pay extra money for that. I said I don’t have dogs I was there with a cat. At that point she start shouting at me saying how dare I brought an animal to her flat as she doesn’t allow them at all. When I said it was not in your terms when renting contract was made and paid for, she start accusing me in hiding behaviour and began demanding money from me saying that cat damaged her carpet. She filed damage demand on booking.com for £500 exaggerating facts from fur on bed to become smell of cat urine on bed and sofa, and her carpet normal wear and tear to become cat damages. It had to be dealt via booking.com customer support at the end. Owner attitude and slander made it highly disappointing and distressing experience.

Perfect accommodation

The apartment was 5*. Everything you needed was right there. Decorated beautifully and so clean. Exceptional value for money.

A very pleasant surprise

The stairs to the apartment were tricky due to my mobility and some bits in the kitchen missing, but they are the only inconveniences.I have stayed in a few apartments in this area and they were a very poor standard compared to this one. It was very well decorated, homely comfortable with lots of personal touches. The owner has gone above and beyond when thinking of things to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Lots of things I packed were not needed as she had provided them, and the location was fantastic. You can see some of the Marina from the window, you have bars, restaurants, shops,hairdresser all minutes walking distance. Parking space is right outside the building and was always available. I would definitely stay again 🙂

angenehm, leider nur kleiner Blick zum Hafen

Heizkörper im Flur war das Ventil defekt, Leider nur 1 kleines Handtuch(niO) und 2 Badetücher(iO),das ist nicht der Standard,aus hyg. Gründen solltes es auch 2 kleine Handtücher sein--Vermietung darüber informiert und Sie wollen darüber nachdenken--ansonsten nur gegen Aufpreis, Leider lassen sich nur die meisten Fenster einen Spalt öffnen
