The apt was very up to date but didn’t feel cosy

The property was very clean Included parking in a sheltered bay.

The heating was not easy to put on and we were cold during our stay. Very tight doorways in the apt building making access difficult with a mobility scooter.

Marina view was only slightly available from one window only. Only comfy seating was a 2 seater sofa for a 4 person apartment Roadside parking was often difficult in the evening, so we had to get up before7:30 to move the car from a local office car park

Probably the best self catering accommodation in the area.

Beautifully furnished with very comfortable beds in a great location next to the marina. The apartment had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. Between 2 friends the cost was cheaper than the hotel over the road, and the experience was way nicer. We plan to book again for next year if it’s available.

These are minor quibbles, but we found it impossible to know whether we could control the temperature in any of the rooms despite reading the instructions. So we were quite hot on the first night. If we were staying longer we would have contacted the owner to try and remedy it but as it was we just kept all the windows open. The lists of do’s and don’ts was slightly intimidating and we ended up quite worried about whether we had left the place clean enough to avoid cleaning charges.

The location of the waste disposal/recycling facility was not clear from the instruction book. We only found it when we luckily met another apartment owner.

Could not fault it, ovven/hob/microwwave/dishwasher, like being at home :)

Beautiful apartment with a great view furniture/kitchen wonderful and mattresses/bedding really nice. Really good bathroom and shower it was a cut above anything we've ever stopped at to be honest whilst working in Bristol!
