Garden was very messy with waist high weeds. As I took my small dog I had to clean up outside the door just to get access to the garden. Also it was not secure as had broken fence and opening into ally next to property. No bath mat for getting out the shower and no mirror in the bathroom making it difficult for men wanting to shave. Very limited kitchen cutlery. There was wi-fi but no internet so tv could not be used so had to connect to my mobile in order to have tv. Had to pay a £200 deposit before they would release details of the key code which was noted in the terms for the property but they have failed to pay it back, not answering to text or phone calls. Nice location, comfortable and easy access. House was neat and everything was easily available

The house was spotless and comfortable.

Facilities need to be improved such as cutlery, towels, tea towels and pillows. The garden was covered in dog poo.
