Nice house, poor area.

The house was spotless and comfortable.

Facilities need to be improved such as cutlery, towels, tea towels and pillows. The garden was covered in dog poo.

Great find, good value for money highly recommend

Clean,. comfortable, had everything you needed, great location and good value for money. Being pet friendly is a massive bonus. Would definitely book again. Great communication from owners too.

One very very minor detail, there was only 1 fork and there were 4 of us, so had to keep using spoons lol but it didn't spoil the stay.

A few wrong notes, but a very pretty, clean, modern, comfortable home.

Clean, modern, comfortable beds, huge TV, good internet.

Only one fork, no paper towels or napkins, no shampoo, minimal towels. Also big issue trying to check in without agreeing to facial recognition with some Verify Me program. Eventually the host resolved it, but it took 45 minutes. This should not be required, or if it is, it should state that in the listing description.

Wrong check in time on booking.com

The house was exceptionally clean and tidy.

The check in time was wrongly advertised on booking.com and it wasn't until I got details from the company close to my stay that I discovered this. I asked them to honour the 3pm check in time as advertised and was told that their check in was 4pm and early check in was £30. They did say they could investigate for me, but no one came back to me, I had to keep chasing and had to start at square one with each new person i dealt with, as each person would just tell me that the standard check in time was 4pm. There was only 1 bath towel for 3 adults staying. 1 fork in the cutlery drawer and no kitchen towels at all. A very minor thing, there was no tea or coffee which every other place I have rented, there has been.

Totally underwhelming.

The beds were comfortable.

The process to get the keys was far too intrusive. There were not enough towels. The kitchen equipment was old and scratched. The hosts did not respond to my request to change the dates or a late check out.

Location was very good . Everything was near the property. Very comfortable warm and clean house . We stayed 3 nights and we enjoyed.

Less plates for 4 people and no mirror in the bathroom.

The property was fully equipped, exceptionally clean and very cosy. Ideal for a family trip and also suitable for us to bring our dog. Also it was a very quiet street.

There is not a single thing that we didn’t enjoy and would highly recommend. Just a small point to note that we parked in the next street due to lots of cars but that wasn’t an issue for us.
